There is no setup fee. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice. Any price changes will apply from the next billing cycle after the notice period.
Refund Policy
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period but no further charges will be taken after cancellation.
What's Included
Your monthly fee covers:
- Website hosting
- SSL certificate
- Ongoing maintenance and security updates
- Performance and uptime monitoring
- Up to 30 minutes of content updates per month
Requests beyond the included 30 minutes, or requests for additional pages, structural changes or new features, will be quoted separately before any work is carried out.
Revisions During Build
The standard package includes one round of revisions before launch. This means we will build a first draft, incorporate your feedback, and then launch the final version. Additional rounds of revisions or significant scope changes during the build process may be quoted separately.
Payment Terms
Monthly fees are charged on the same date each month from the date your website goes live.
If a monthly payment fails, we will notify you and allow a reasonable period to resolve the issue. If two consecutive monthly payments are missed, we reserve the right to suspend or take down your website until the outstanding balance is cleared. Continued non-payment may result in permanent termination of the service.
No Contract — Cancel Anytime
There is no fixed-term contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing contact@site-kick.co.uk. Your website will remain live until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, the website will be taken offline.
Intellectual Property
Any content you provide (text, images, logos) remains your property at all times.
The website design, code and underlying structure created by SiteKick remain the intellectual property of SiteKick. This includes but is not limited to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, configuration files and any custom templates or components.
Upon cancellation, you may request a copy of any content you originally provided (text, images, documents). The website code, design and structure are not transferable and may not be exported, copied or reused. The website will be taken offline following cancellation.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use your SiteKick website to:
- Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, obscene or otherwise objectionable
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Distribute malware, spam or any form of malicious content
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Engage in any activity that could damage, disable or impair SiteKick's services or infrastructure
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your website without notice if we reasonably believe these terms are being violated.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate content for your website and ensuring you have the rights to use any images, text or branding you supply. SiteKick is not liable for content provided by you.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of any login credentials associated with your domain registrar or other third-party accounts connected to your website.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of your website. While we take reasonable steps to maintain uptime and performance, websites depend on third-party infrastructure (hosting, DNS, internet connectivity) that is outside our direct control.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any planned maintenance that may affect your website.
Force Majeure
SiteKick shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, internet outages, cyberattacks or pandemics.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiteKick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, business or anticipated savings.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. For material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
